Subscription Fees

    • All paid monthly plans(existing customers) will auto-renew unless requested by subscriber to unsubscribe from the plan for 12 months. Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding
      month (year) for monthly(yearly) subscriptions. Last Date of month is used for auto charge if no corresponding date is available on monthly renewal date. (January 31, 2018 subscription renews on February 28, 2018).
    • Paid subscription allows each individual user the right to use the portal from maximum two devices (Laptop/Desktop). Each user requiring the access should have a separate subscription. Multiple users sharing the same subscription is not allowed and would
      attract additional subscription fee.
    • Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid during any promotional period as specified by Yagna iQ Inc.; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
    • Yagna iQ Inc. may terminate, at its sole discretion, the subscription and these terms immediately if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
    • Right of access granted under these Terms are effective only upon payment of the subscription fees as per policies outlined here that may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Yagna iQ Inc.
    • Yagna iQ Inc. may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that Yagna iQ Inc. provides notice through any media or on the Wi-Fi Planner portal at least thirty (30) business days prior
      to the expiration of the subscription.
    • All offers, promotions and discounts on yearly plans provide protection of price to subscribers for a period of 12 months.
    • All offers, promotions and discounts on monthly plans(existing customers) provide protection of price to subscribers for a period of 12 month.
    • Deleted design/project will also be considered under plan consumption.

Cancelling Account

    • To cancel your subscription please contact our support team at support@yagnaiq.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and effective cancellation date. A subscription is only cancelled upon our express written acknowledgment so as to provide you
      uninterrupted service.
    • Once you cancel your subscription, you will not lose access immediately. Your subscription will continue till the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

    • Subscription fees will not be refunded if plan is upgraded to another higher valued plan or a monthly plan is upgraded to a yearly plan before the expiry of subscription of the current billing cycle of the plan.
    • Every upgrade comes to effect from next billing cycle.
    • All monthly plans(existing customers) except Starter plan are with 12 months commitment and price protection. Hence, cancellation of monthly plan will be charge for remaining months of the billing cycle.
    • Processing Fee and any applicable tax are not refundable.
    • Please note that your cancellation, return and refund eligibility may differ when purchased from or billed through a third party (e.g. retailer, reseller, vendor, distributor etc.)

Multi-user Pack Subscription

    • A user can buy multiple licenses to be shared with his team. These licenses can be cancelled individually. All standard terms and conditions for cancellation apply.

Reinstatement Fees

    • Resubscription of all unsubscribed monthly(existing customers) and yearly plans will attract a reinstatement fees of up to 3 months’ non-discounted subscription value.
