For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean YAGNA IQ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Yagna iQ), whose registered/operational office is 3B,Cauvery Apartments 736, CMH Road , Indiranagar NA Bangalore Karnataka India 560038 Indiranagar (Bengaluru) KARNATAKA 560038 . “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or use of Yagna iQ software and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Accounts & Access

  • To use our Services, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Service Availability

  • We strive to keep our Services available and updated; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • All content, software, design, and materials provided through our Services are owned by or licensed to YAGNA IQ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Subsidiary of Yagna iQ INC.).
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Integrations

  • Our Services may include links or integrations to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or control these, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Payments & Billing

  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are as communicated at the time of purchase.
  • If Yagna iQ is collecting payments on behalf of a partner/vendor, the partner/vendor is responsible for service delivery, cancellation, and refund decisions. Yagna iQ acts only as a facilitator.
  • Yagna IQ acts as a payment collection partner on behalf of our partners/vendors.
  • While Yagna iQ processes the payment transaction, the responsibility for cancellation approvals, and refund decisions lies with the respective partner/vendor.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yagna iQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, but any outstanding obligations (including payment obligations) will remain.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune & Bangalore India.

Changes to Terms

  • YGA may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since YAGNA IQ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful purchase and payment confirmation, customers will receive access to the subscribed services digitally.

Account Activation / Access:

Access credentials, product keys, or login details will be provided to the registered email address within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Service Availability:

Customers can access the platform through our website/application using their registered login credentials. Delivery is considered complete once access to the subscribed services has been granted.

Delays / Exceptions:

In rare cases where account setup requires additional verification, integration, or customization, delivery timelines may vary. Customers will be notified promptly of any such delays.

If you do not receive your access credentials within the communicated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@yagnaiq.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

YAGNA IQ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

  • Customers may request cancellation of subscriptions through their Yagna iQ account or by contacting support at support@yagnaiq.com.
  • Cancellation requests will be coordinated with the partner/vendor. Access to services may remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise determined by the partner/vendor.

 

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

 

  • Duplicate payments or accidental multiple subscriptions.
  • Technical issues preventing service access, where resolution is not possible.
  • Partner/vendor approval for refund, as per their policies.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Fees for services already used within the subscription period.
  • Situations where the partner/vendor has explicitly declared a “no refund” policy.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of subscriptions unless specifically agreed by the partner/vendor.

Processing of Refunds

  • Once approved by the partner/vendor, Yagna iQ will process the refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

If you face any issues related to cancellation or refunds, please contact support@yagnaiq.com. Yagna iQ will facilitate communication with the partner/vendor but the final decision rests with the partner/vendor’s policies.
