Ram Rai
Co-Founder/CEO

Ram Co-Founded Yagna in 2005. Ram has more than 15 years experience in Communication and Software Industry. Prior to Yagna, he Co-Founded IPCell Technologies which was later acquired by Cisco for more than $200M in 2000. He was a Cisco Marketing Executive before starting Yagna in 2005. Prior to IPCell Ram has worked for NEC and R&D company supporting extensively NASA, in various roles. Ram has BS from REC/NIT Surathkal and MS from Oklahoma State University. He has a patent on Digital Image Processing.

Manish Agrawal
Co-Founder/CTO

Manish Co-Founded Yagna in 2005. He has more than 10 years of experience in Communications industry working on various VoIP and data networking technologies. He has worked for successful startups including IPCell Technologies where he was one of the founding engineers and a key member of Design and development of Product. Manish worked with Cisco Systems Richardson for over 5 years as a lead engineer in their Softswitch product. Manish has patents pending in the area of telecommunication. Manish has BS from NIT Raipur and MS from IIT Bombay in Electrical and Communications.
As a telecom domain expert Manish is driving Yagna’s over all technology to build various Solution Lifecycle Management line of products.
