Yagna iQ announces their Solution Deployment with Express Data in Australia to support their SMB partners - November 2010

Yagna iQ is announcing joint deployment with Express Data to offer a full range of pre sales work flow to manage a service provider deployment in Australia to enable SMB partners sell Cisco products, solutions and services. Express Data is deploying Yagna’s Sales iQ platform to manage their SMB partners to support this deployment with a major service provider. Working with Express Data, Cisco and service provider, Yagna was able to build this collaborative platform to manage an end-to-end pre sales process for SMB partners.

The increased complexity in managing customer opportunities involving complex products, solutions and services, SMB partners needed an integrated platform to manage a number of processes needed to complete specific customer deals. With Yagna’s Sales iQ platform, SMB partners can now with limited expertise, build complex proposals for their customers considerably increasing their ability to manage complex deals with ease and accuracy.

Express Data is Australia and New Zealand's largest distributor of Cisco products. This is a result of investing in developing processes and training personnel to have expertise across the whole range. Earlier this year, Cisco awarded Express Data the “Global Distribution Innovator of the Year” award at the Cisco global partner conference in San Francisco.

Express Data CEO Ross Cochrane said the award was for marketing programs the company had driven to grow depth and breadth of Cisco penetration in the channel. One example was Express Data’s enabling of channels using the Yagna platform.
